Global Digital Project Manager
The global marketing team at Moodagent are busy. So busy that we need someone to help us being both busy, creative and effective at the same time. So we are now looking for a skilled marketing project manager with a creative mind who can assertively direct a team of creatives, and make sure we meet our deadlines, long and short, big and small.
You are an experienced global digital project manager - a fixer of all things digital and creative. You will work closely with the global marketing team of course, but also on a daily basis with the local marketing teams as we scale globally, with offices all over the world. You will be a key player when we onboard new markets.
It's important you have the experience and vigour to make team members meet their deadlines and management feel secure in your hands. We are looking for someone with proven experience.
This is some of the things you will do:
- Lead and direct projects and the project teams
- Schedule and lead project meetings
- Assign and schedule project tasks
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets
- Manage project scope
- Draft meeting agendas and meeting notes
- Maintain our project management tool - We use Asana
- QA all project deliverables
- Contribute to proposals
- Build project reports
- Assess and evaluate project success
And, last but not least, you must be a fun, friendly and a helpful colleague. At Moodagent we laugh a lot, work hard, and always help each other out. We are busy, and we know that we can only succeed if everyone’s running in the same direction and has each other’s backs.
We expect you to have:
- A strong background in project management
- You are an experienced marketing project manager
- You have experience in building project reports
- You have the experience and vigour to make team members meet their deadlines and management feel secure in your hands
- Have strong English language skills
- As this is a global role, we expect you to have some international experience; either having worked in an international/global role before, or you may have been working abroad (in a similar role)
But since we are a creative department, it could be awesome if you could also assist both community manager, copywriter and designer with input, ideas and campaign execution.
