A super exciting opportunity where you will be driving and maintaining the Third Party Management process for Maersk’s third parties and special projects mainly focusing on integrity risks such as anti-corruption, sanctions and human rights.
As the Third Party Manager you will assist with executing the core Third Party Management activities, such as integrity due diligence activities on third parties and proposed special projects (e.g. acquisitions, joint venture partners).
You will also ensure strong governance and anchoring of the Third Party Management Process and create new and maintain existing policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities
• Maintain and improve the Third Party Management Portal
• Manage the Third Party Management Process and ongoing review of third parties and special projects
• Obtain and review from the business the necessary information and documentation (e.g. understanding the services and relationship, questionnaires and clarifications) and ensure all documentation is saved in the Third Party Management Portal
• Ordering and analysing due diligence reports by external vendors and report on red flags (including ensuring proper payment to respective cost centre of respective invoices)
• Align with the Head of Third Party Management and the Compliance Network on compliance recommendations (including mitigating actions) and preparing a Compliance Memo with recommendations
• Lead the monitoring of approved third parties and initiate remedies/mitigations as required
• Conduct periodic/ad-hoc training, re-training and awareness sessions for relevant stakeholders
We are looking for
You are expected to contribute heavily in the Third Party Management process of Maersk third parties, but also contribute with special projects.
You should become a focal point for the stakeholders in the various business functions for the Third Party Management process.
You are curious, practically minded and enjoy connecting with people and working in a challenging environment.
The role requires a strong sense of integrity and personal ethics. You must also have collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
