As a part of this process, you will have an opportunity to participate with global finance transformation program that will set the direction of the future SAP S4hane based Finance solution for this large global organization. As part of SAP project management office, you will be a key driver in building our digital core global ERP S4HANA platform.
Maersk is on multi-year program to revamp its technology and digital solutions footprint and as part of new strategy, SAP will act as the ‘digital core’ for company’s finance processes enabled by SAP’s latest cloud and S4HANA offerings. Maersk has currently ECC based SAP finance solutions running for Ocean and logistics divisions and plan is to subsume these solutions within revamped green field S4HANA implementations. You will be part of the SAP engineering team which owns solution template, design, configuration, development, testing and deployment of the SAP solution in Maersk Transport & Logistics.

• Support planning and execution of SAP S4HANA solution within Maersk Transport and Logistics business
• Support solution deployment across preparation, explore and realization phases
• Design, implement and maintain project tooling like Jira, SAP Solution Manager
• Work in an agile environment with program/project managers, business product owners and engineering teams
• Planning and executing SAP releases leveraging tools like Jira, SAP Solution manager Focused Build
• Manage and follow product backlog, including prioritization of needs, creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers
• Work closely with product teams in Agile way of working; contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint and work with the team to refine and improve the development process.
• Provide project management support
• Proactively manage deployment risks and drive mitigations
• To be successful, you need to ensure deliverables match needs of stakeholders and we meet business outcomes within budget and defined timeline

You have:
• At least 7 years’ experience in implementing SAP across multiple process areas
• Experience of large complex, global, multi-year SAP deployments
• In depth knowledge and experience of SAP Activate methodology
• In depth knowledge and experience with SAP Solution Manager including Focused Build.
• Knowledge and experience of Agile methods, including tools like Jira for backlogs/user stories management
• Very strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Structured, highly analytical mind-set and excellent problem-solving skills;
• Highly motivated and work well under pressure;
• An individual who respects the opinion of others; yet can drive a decision though the team;
• Flexibility to work on different time-zones
• Self-starter, highly motivated and with leadership quality
• Cultural understanding and experienced working in multi-cultural teams
• Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering
