The Organizational Effectiveness Management Office is a catalyst in strategic transformation processes across the AP Moller – Maersk group.

Key Responsibilities

As a senior project/program lead, you will work with the different workstream leads (Organizational Design, People, Change, Communication, Data) to ensure there is a solid path to project success meeting overall goals and requirements.

  • You will be setting structure from Initiation to Closing of the project and you will be the ‘tower of collaboration and drive’ for your peers in the core team and the overall project.

  • You will work with a large and complex stakeholder map to ensure proper engagement is taking place.

  • You will make sure there is a sound business case and clarity on expected outcomes.

  • You will define and agree with the workstream leads on the relevant deliverables across the workstream.

  • You will estimate timescales and resources needed.

  • You will develop and monitor the project plan, managing proactively risks and issues.

  • You will ensure the business has the right support during ‘HyperCore’/ post go live and close the project effectively


We are looking for

  • Strong business understanding, curiosity and focus on securing customer outcomes during transformation

  • Professional with sound experience on managing complex projects and programs, seeking to get a global view and work in global transformation programs

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement including senior leaders and strong relationship building skills - proactive, inclusive, with good judgment, ready to challenge others in a firm and diplomatic way

  • Ability to lead and motivate others without authority, energize others and lead project team through uncertainty

  • Effectively manages dependencies – sees the large picture whilst paying attention to detail – able and ready to connect the dots for others

  • A very collaborative, empathetic, curious and agile mindset

  • High energy & high level of resilience to work in an ambiguous environment and under pressure
