The Head of Omnichannel Transportation (OCT) Growth and Go-to-Market Strategy is part of the global leadership team, reporting into the Global Head of FbM Omnichannel Transportation. The individual is responsible for the growth and go-to-market business strategy for all OCT products. Responsible for facilitating net new business growth across the OCT portfolio and defining the principles for pricing and solutioning at a global level. This includes accelerating the go-to-market activities for the solutions and for the acquired companies as they go through the integration/merger process. The individual leads a global team that defines the go-to-market plans including the customer journey and ensures alignment with the business strategy, P&L, and tech-charged agenda. They will work closely with the Global and Regional L&S leaders and Presidents to ensure a successful management and realization of financial performance targets and growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, plan and deliver business targets for OCT product. Accountable for defining and managing long range OCT budgets and targets.
- Forecasting of revenue against target. Develops financial models, global projections as well as rolling forecast to project revenue for all OCT products
- Drive global pricing strategies, supporting regional teams with new market growth and expansion of business portfolio, including inorganic growth strategies
- Lead vertical growth of OCT products with a high level of commercial, operational and market understanding, including development of vertical specific strategies
- Customer and Market Activation: Partner with commercial organization to understand customer needs/insights and ensure we deliver our customer promises.
- Reporting on performance of global GTM strategy. This includes providing regular updates on revenue, sales performance, and marketing activities across multiple regions. Analysis of data to identify trends and recommend future improvements
- GtM strategy & alignment with product development to ensure alignment with needs of the market. Provide input on product features and functionality that can be rolled out globally
Who are we looking for:
- MBA / Masters candidates in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or equivalent. Engineers with relevant Business experience are also welcome.
- Overall 10+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain and/or Finance operations domain; 5+ years of significant P&L ownership or management.
- Well-versed in operational strategy, business product development, go-to-market, and commercialization, and tech-savvy.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization with a customer-first mindset.
- Must be highly data driven with a track record of developing and owning business models. Able to analyze complex business problems and drive outcomes
- Experience leading, coaching and developing a team, and working closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to lead from the front and influence the organization to march towards 2030 strategy.
The Global Head of OCT Growth and Go-to-Market Strategy is a key leader in driving the growth and profitability across all aspects of our Omnichannel transportation business. This strategic leader is a business product owner with experience delivering successfully against a P&L within a matrixed environment.
