Responsibilities:
- Service Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the dining experience to ensure exceptional service standards. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Quality Control: Monitor and uphold high-quality standards for all food and beverage offerings. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure product consistency and excellence.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all front-of-house operations comply with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular training sessions on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with management to optimize operational processes. Ensure the dining area runs smoothly during peak hours by managing staff scheduling and table allocations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of service excellence and quality control in the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and staying abreast of the latest industry trends.
