Key responsibilities


As UTM Manager you will be managing cargo flows using the UTM tools to optimize and drive network utilization and profit, by analyzing booking trends, forecasting demand and taking yield-based acceptance positions.

Other key tasks:

• Translating expected booking and demand into opportunities for short term pricing actions in close cooperation with pricing managers

• Deciding on overbooking limits and rolling pools in close cooperation with Capacity;

• Communicating expected utilization, bottlenecks and bucket settings to stakeholders;

• Managing day to day relations with relevant stakeholders in the clusters, trade managers and pricing managers;

• Contributing to smooth network running and service delivery

• Ensure compliance and follow up to the UTM process

• Act as key interface between Operations and Revenue Management teams

• Contribute towards structural improvement and development of the SPOT product.

We are looking for


A colleague who has strong analytical skills and has the ability to simplify complex problems through structured and detailed analysis and recommendations. You will have a driven personality, be results oriented, analytical, innovative and a fast learner.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant educational background at minimum Bachelor, Master is an advantage or equivalent combined with some hands on experience.

Experience with and knowledge of the European market and liner network is a plus.
