Reporting into the Cargo Care and Process Optimization Manager you will have an exciting opportunity to work in a truly international environment and to broaden your knowledge and understanding of the shipping industry.

• Enable smooth load- and discharge operations for Sealand Services
• Pro-actively resolve load list challenges avoiding cargo being left behind and improve upstream process to structurally improve the load list accuracy
• Continuously reduce operating cost for all Sealand cargo operations
• Analyses root causes on unfavorable cost, identifies impacting actions and drives the implementation of cost saving initiatives across the team
• Improve customer’s satisfaction by ensuring cargo is delivered as per our promise
• Builds strong working relationships with key internal-, external stakeholders, like container terminals and authorities, to continuously drive down cost, improve the product delivered to our customers and optimize processes
• Closely works together with the country clusters on meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations
• Prepare data to give insight to Customer Service teams on Operational impact of upstream process and drive improvements
• Manage deadlines for Countries under scope challenge to remove buffer to improve quality and allow extra time to customer.

The ideal candidate is passionate about vessel/terminal operations, curious to learn. He/she can go in detail if required, yet does not lose sight of the bigger operational and commercial picture.
Experience in operations is preferred.
Experience in operations or Customer Service is preferred.
