DFDS is developing rapidly across Europe including Turkey. DFDS has an ambitious climate action plan to reduce CO2 emissions – and is determined to become an

We are now looking for a new Head of Rewards, who will set direction and execute priorities with regard to Reward processes and systems, while joining our continued growth journey.

You will be a part of the People Division, who supports DFDS’ overall strategy and has ambition to develop DFDS to a Great Place To Work and with below priorities;

- People Division scalable for growth
Specifically, you will belong to the Centre of Excellence team in the People Division – with 6 great colleagues, based in our new headquarter premises in Nordhavn, Copenhagen – reporting to Head of our Centre of Excellence team.
You will be driving the Rewards area within DFDS, thereby assuming ownership for the following activities:
- Annual salary review, STI and LTI processes
- Supporting RemCo, including preparing Remuneration Report
- Developing C&B related policies and processes
- Various projects, including settling our 2023 employee share plan, developing our mobility policy and processes, and supporting further digitization of our operational processes
You will work closely with the Head of Centre of Excellence, with our Junior HR Assistant and with our Head of Standardisation and Transformation – as well as with our regional HR Directors and HRBPs.

- Strategic and analytic mindset with strong prioritization and execution skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Rewards
- Strong project management skills, combined with solid communications and stakeholder management skills
- Academic degree and experience from working in a commercial, international enterprise with responsibility across several countries
- Strong business acumen, making it natural for you always to understand the business context you are operating in as a guiding direction for what to prioritise
