You will join and lead

Our department for Integrated Digital Solutions is a part of our organisational setup for Digital & Innovation in Ramboll Denmark. We are three different departments; Integrated Digital Solutions, Digital Business Transformation and Reality Capture, working closely together, both internally and with the rest of the Ramboll organisation. The department for Integrated Digital Solutions is responsible for development maintenance and project support within BIM and CAD tools and processes for our markets Buildings and Transport. It is vital for the department to entail collaboration with all the markets in Denmark, where you will be the ambassador for technology adaptation and development in the business. You will report directly to the Director of Digital Innovation and be part of the global core team that develop and implement Ramboll’s global strategy on BIM.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Leading a team of approximately 15 highly skilled BIM and CAD experts located on four different offices in Denmark, Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg and Esbjerg

  • Secure development, maintenance and support of our Autodesk and Bentley platform and tools

  • Develop best practises in the form of optimised workflows, procedures and guidelines

  • Provide BIM expertise and consultancy services to the business

  • Ongoing communication and collaboration with the key stakeholders in the business


Your starting point for constant growth

  • An academic background in engineering or similar

  • Proven experience in the building and infrastructure industry

  • Proven experience with and knowledge about digitalisation, BIM and CAD

  • Previous experience as; expertise Manager, Team Lead or Head of Department

  • Superior communication skills in Danish and English, both oral and written
