You will join our Corporate Branding department

As our new Head of Corporate Branding you will be part of Communications & Branding organisation which also include Positioning and Internal Communications. We collaborate closely with our colleagues in Clients & Marketing, as well as communications and marketing professionals in Ramboll’s Markets and Geographies. You and your team play a key role in creating a cohesive brand experience from our positioning and thought leadership activities to marketing campaigns and sales.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the continued development and maintenance of our visual brand, including our Corporate Visual Identity, and key brand assets such as office exterior and interior, Office templates, stand concepts, digital products etc.

  • Be responsible for the visual delivery of key products for the Ramboll Group, e.g. the annual Leadership Conference, the Annual Report etc.

  • Define, implement and maintain key visual tools and process, e.g. our Brand Management System, Imagebank, Templafy system, including GDPR compliance for these systems and processes.

  • Take a key role in building a Global Design Delivery setup in our Ramboll Support Centre in India and oversee management of design professionals there.

  • Daily management of 6 highly skilled design professionals in Ramboll Head Office, including designers, video producers, and a project manager.


Your starting point for constant growth

From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:

  • Proven track record in design leadership, preferably from an international organisation. This include the capability to understand the essence of a brand and ensure the strategic development from that.

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a people manager, preferably including distance management.

  • You set direction and communicate as a leader within visual branding. If you can also lead the way through applied design, it is a plus.

  • Experience with building offshore organisations is preferred. You must foresee some travel activity related to the build-up of the organisation in India.


Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: You are a confident communicator, who can set a visionary direction, and get the organisation onboard. At the same time, you take pride in running a well-oiled delivery organisation, where design is executed on time, on budget and in high quality. You enjoy collaborating with and developing your employees.
