We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager.
You have a vast and relevant operational experience that includes:
Launch of concepts - leading, inspiring and coaching large teams - International exposure - Commercial focus & savviness. You like to follow industry trends, keep yourself updated and being ahead of the game you know whats cooking in the restaurant and bars scene of Copenhagen. You dare to try out new things and challenge the established Your English is fluent and its great if you speak a Scandinavian language and have additional language skills

As Food and Beverage Manager you will be in charge and responsible for the following areas:
Operation, service and guest satisfaction in our restaurants and bars, room service and breakfast, banquets, meetings and events Launch and development of new concepts and ideas while ensuring authentic quality in line with our values Maintaining relationships with our partners and supplier Coaching and developing your team Departmental budget and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Together with our Culinary Chef, you will be leading our Food & Beverage team and you both report to the Director of Operations, Lisette Jönsson.
