The Treasury Manager will play an important role in managing the liquidity while building the optimal cash management setup and support the targeted capital structure
As the Treasury Manager you will get a broad exposure to all aspects within the Treasury area, from funding and share buyback execution to FX trading, while driving strategic projects supporting Pandora’s Treasury journey in becoming best-in-class.

Treasury wants to be a trusted strategic business partner - ensuring the infrastructure to achieve operational and reporting excellence. You will have interactions with senior managers all the way up to Executive Management as well as having a close commercial dialogues with the global sales subsidiaries. As you grow in the role, there will be a clear internal career path and possibilities to advance to a number of other positions within the company – both locally in Denmark as well as abroad. On a daily basis, you will run projects and perform tasks related to:

  • Manage the daily and short term liquidity position
  • Optimize cash positions by designing and building the bank account infrastructure and global cash pool
  • Managing the capital structure including execution of share buyback programs
  • Drive continuous improvements of the process and system landscape within Treasury (Integrity and data warehouse)
  • Drive strategic treasury projects
  • Be a trusted business partner
  • Support in optimizing working capital
  • Support in managing the long term funding structure


We are looking for a performance-oriented person with a can-do attitude and the ability to influence and challenge the current set-up
The position will report into the Treasury Director and requires the ability to collaborate cross functionally. Experience within cash forecasting, liquidity management and cash pool is an advantage but not a requirement.

We imagine that you have:

  • Three to eight years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management advisory in Banking, Treasury consultancy or similar.
  • Hold a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Danish is required)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets and present results in a similar format.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with VBA and Power BI is an advantage


Your new team:
You will become part of a small and impactful team of four, responsible for the financial risk management, funding- and cash management structure as well as the relationship with Pandora’s relationship banks. The team is exposed to the Executive Management team and have high-level impact in Pandora. The working interfaces are broad, spanning across the whole value chain from production and product development to sales and reporting. The daily tasks include financial risk management, business partnering, supporting the daily Treasury tasks and financial modelling. The role reports to the Treasury Director.

Additional information:
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel approximately 5-10 days a year.
