Exciting opportunity in the Nordic & Baltic organisation
GROHE has experienced a very positive growth over the last couple of years in Denmark. At the same time the market conditions have changed and so has the GROHE company. This has resulted in some changes in the Nordic & Baltic organisation, which has generated the need for a new Category Manager to become part of the team of three people to cover the Nordic & Baltic market.As Category Manager, your primary role is to roll out and manage a GROHE category by identifying the market need, forecasting the needed products, introducing new products, acting as first point of reference for all category related enquires, monitoring consumer and competitor trends and giving feedback to the markets and the top management regarding opportunities of improvement.Some of your specific work tasks will include but are not limited to:
  • Set up the category portfolio (prices, products, positioning and competitor analysis)
  • Forecast and evaluate new product concepts and analyse the relevance to the market
  • Align with management on product line performance and suggest ways of improvement
  • Develop and execute strategies and initiatives to achieve category revenue and margin goals
    • Commercial flair combined with technical interest
    We expect you to have an academic degree at a minimum of bachelor level in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a similar field. It is preferred if you bring minimum a couple of years of experience from a similar role within product- or category management You must have an analytical mindset and experience in forecasting.Become part of an exciting and dynamic company
