Job description and areas of responsibility:
As a Performance and Optimization Analytics Manager you will be part of the Web & Display team, consisting of Project Managers and Content Specialists. The team is handling all Marketing campaigns and content and development on Pandora.net, mainly on the Content platform CoreMedia.
The job is a newly created position with the purpose of strengthening the Marketing campaigns and content together with the online consumer experience on Pandora.net and Paid traffic.

You will become a Global Marketing super user of some of the best in class eCommerce testing and feedback tools such as: Adobe, Monetate, Contentsquare, Medallia, BI and UserTesting.com. You will be optimizing Pandoras Global site performance while presenting valuable feedback to relevant stakeholders. Besides working closely with the team the position will also be working in collaboration with the other super users across other departments, Clusters and Markets.

In addition, you will:

  • Support the team on A/B testing initiatives and personalization testing roadmap
  • Execute and QA personalization tests and A/B tests using Monetate
  • Receive and review requests in Jira
  • Collect analytical feedback from tests and share with the team and Stakeholders
  • Conduct analyses of data and draw learnings on key themes agreed with the team with the intent to gain actionable insights
  • Execute the setup and analyses results from UserTesting.com tests
  • Support the team in providing campaign analysis, user journey insights and KPI tracking to ensure we are all working towards a continous improvement mindset

Furthermore, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience from a similar position working within data & analytics, marketing performance management or similar
  • A degree within Data & Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Customer Insights or similar
  • Comfortable and experienced in working with data and KPIs
  • Performance oriented, structured & detail oriented
  • Proactive in your work approach
  • Great at multitasking and flexible in terms of assignments
  • Specific experience with Adobe, Monetate, Contentsquare, Medallia, UserTesting.com, Google stack, SalesForce Commerce Cloud and CoreMedia is a plus
  • Well-developed Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent in English - both writing and verbally
  • Experience with retail, fashion or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Experience from a global organization is a plus
