Manage project timeline, resources, budget, risks, vendors and stakeholders
As Project and Cost Reset Manager, you will be part of the Projects team – which is one of three sub-teams in the CFO Transformation and Cost Reset Office, the other two being PMO and Analytics.

In this role, you will manage project timeline, resources, budget, risks, vendors and stakeholders to ensure the projects are delivered on time. This accountability covers all project phases from project initiation, project execution and post implementation and you will be accountable for one or more projects depending on project size and scope. You will also lead projects to realise savings in Pandora’s continued cost reset program, and you will take lead on scoping out sizeable saving opportunities across our global value chain. Depending on the type of savings idea, you will either lead the change / project to realise the saving or you will oversee that the change happens and that the saving materialises.

It is crucial that cultural intelligence has a foundation in all projects that you lead with impact, and in the team we use stakeholder feedback throughout all projects to drive a positive development throughout the project period.
Your key accountabilities will be to:

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Ensure project plans are prepared well in advance and continuously updated
  • Provide continuous and on time updates of financials, resources and scope
  • Proactively manage communications with stakeholders at all levels
  • Work with and continuously improve problem and project methodology of the team
  • Ensure fact based decision making through fact packs, business cases, and relevant analysis (in collaboration with the Analytics team)
  • Ensure delivery of high quality work following the standards of the department


Your new team
Pandora CFO has established a project and portfolio team to oversee the successful realisation of a full transformation of the CFO area and to ensure that the Cost Reset / Cost Out projects are continued globally. To build this new team we are looking for new colleagues with ambition and talent. New colleagues who are ready to grow and develop with exciting opportunities through impactful projects and transformational work in both Denmark and abroad within the CFO area and in other functions.

Some of the specific projects we are looking to drive through the CFO Transformation and Cost Reset office are implementation of new financial planning processes and systems, developing of reporting strategy, standardization of business processes, scope out and initiate a global ERP implementation, and to drive processes efficiencies across various functions across the global Pandora value chain.

You will work closely with colleagues in both our Global Office and our offices around the world in order to build and support business cases for different transformational projects and cost out initiatives.

It is expected that you contribute to the development of the department and talent in the team. Having a global outlook and curiosity is important combined with ability to work across organisational and national boundaries. Adding to that, we also envision that you have strong leadership and team management skills to drive results and deliver value to the business. Your strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills gives you the ability to understand and balance perspectives and find common ground between parties across divides.
Further to this, we hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience from a similar position and hereof preferably minimum 2 years of consulting experience (internal or external)
  • Successful track record in running large critical projects with multiple resources
  • Project Management experience from cross-functionally projects and end-to-end projects
  • Experience with managing stakeholders from different cultures
  • Experience with Change Management
  • Finance, Operational, Retails or FMCG background is considered an advantage
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, MPM or equivalent experience) is considered an advantage
  • Experience with Agile using the SAFe framework is also considered an advantage


Additional information:
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel approximately 20-40 days a year.
