You will join our CRM team, which is part of Dynamics Application Services team at NNIT. You will be colleague to more than 60 professional colleagues in both Denmark and the Philippines. The department is part of NNIT Application Services, which is responsible for developing, operating and transforming our customers’ applications, as well as for driving service innovation to meet future customer demands.
The CRM team is working closely with BI and Integration teams in NNIT in order to provide the best possible solutions. We work with the full range of the D365 suite and have successfully delivered projects to our customers using D365 Sales, PowerApps, Azure, FastTrack, LCS, PowerBI, Power Automate, D365 for Outlook etc.
As part of our DNA we eager to approach CRM projects closely with our customers in order to build new and strong solutions that leverage with the right fit, for the right solution and business needs.
In our continuously advisory for our customers, we consider and evaluate building upon the newest technology in the Microsoft D365 space that utilize the customer need.

Your responsibilities as D365CE senior consultant
As a D365CE/CRM consultant you are dedicated and responsible. You use your commercial and advisory mindset to understand customers’ business needs and goals. You can challenge the customer and in doing so, create the best possible solution.
You thrive on taking the initiative and actively communicate even technical information at different levels, depending on the target audience. Your approach is analytical, proactive and pragmatic and you are expected to take ownership of tasks.
You have in-depth knowledge within the D365CE suite. You understand the synergies of the D365 platform and the Microsoft ecosystem. You can translate this knowledge into pragmatic and sustainable solutions of high quality, in accordance with customer requirements.
You provide continuous support for CRM systems and processes and take part in developing standards, policies, procedures and systems for ensuring that software development is carried with consistently high quality, and conforming to industry recognized standards.
Furthermore, you will ensure that all members of the team have a proper understanding of the technical vision and you drive by diving into new learning paths to build new knowledge. You are familiar with develop training sessions for customers, as well as internal company training sessions for CRM newbies.
Your qualifications and experience
You have a solid technical and business understanding and at least 3 years of successful experience with design and development of customer specific solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You work well in teams, on the technical as well as the business and commercial scene - you know how the business and sales operate, and you are passionate about supporting their goals through D365 and to deliver these with high quality.
You have experience configuring CRM functionality and understanding data modeling in relation to the business blueprint. You understand and analyze change requests and their impact within the broader business context.
In additional, understanding and experiences in custom development in CRM, such as developing C# and Javascript components (e.g. custom workflows, Plugins or Form Scripts), is a plus but not a must.
You must have good Danish and English skills both orally and in writing.
