At NNIT, we have a relentless passion for serving Life Sciences customers as this industry is a vital part of our DNA. We are seeking OCM Consultants based in either Switzerland, Germany or Denmark. We are looking for talented consultants who can guide our clients safely through their transformations.
Depending on your level of experience you will act as an OCM Lead or as an OCM Consultant in a junior/senior set-up. You will collaborate with key business and decision makers in some of the largest life science companies on how best to manage change. Together with the client, you drive change on technology or compliance driven engagements.
Your responsibilities
There will be variations according to your seniority, but the key activities include:
- Align with key executives on the client side in terms of goals and objectives essential to drive successful change.
- Ability to manage all elements of our Prosci-based OCM methodology: Change Analysis, Communication & Engagement and Training.
- Prepare key deliverables like an OCM Strategy and plans execution – communications & engagement and training.
- Conducts thorough stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Engage in sales activities.
- Support OCM offering development
- Support OCM delivery methods and practices.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree as a minimum within Communications, HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives. For the senior level positions 6+ years
- Consulting experience - alternatively from the Life Sciences industry.
- Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence
- Ability to take part in presales activities describing the proposal for OCM based on our blueprint for OCM as a discipline
Limited travel (note that we still do most of our client work remote)
Preferred qualifications
- Experience analysing the organisational impacts on stakeholders affected by the implementation of new technology, processes, or requirements.
- Experience developing and executing engagement and communication strategies to effectively share information with project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience developing detailed action plans that pinpoint the impact of change on affected parties and identify the plan of action for addressing the anticipated responses to the change.
- Experience measuring the effectiveness of change management activities through the use of adoption metrics, surveys and interviews.
- Certified in the Prosci OCM methodology and experience with the methodology
- Experience with technology transformations – ideally involving platforms from Veeva, Microsoft or SAP.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Strong client presence with presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to succeed in team based as well as independent environments
- Well-organized
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to create and support internal client relationships
Fluency in English is required.
