NNIT is a public listed company who specializes in IT solutions the public and enterprise sectors in Denmark and to life sciences internationally. We manage some of the most complex and business critical IT platforms in the Danish Public Sector market with solid client references and this is where you come in.
As a Senior Bid Manager you will be responsible for the entire bid process from initiation to delivery of the final bid and customer signature orchestrating internal NNIT stakeholders e.g. Senior mgt., Sales, Delivery, SMEs and sometimes external partners. Your ability to take lead and drive the bids from end to end is key for your success in the role.
Your responsibilities as a Senior Bid Manager

- Working closely with Account Manager you will develop and execute a winning bid strategy that aligns with client objectives and NNITs business goals. This includes making competitive and tender material analysis to differentiate our offerings and tailor proposals accordingly
- Finding and managing the bid team and budget
- Drive-lead the bid process end-to-end from preparing kick-off through-out creating the winning proposal to final sign-of and submission of the winning Proposal on time. You are the anchor point in the bid team.
- Managing NNIT Bid team, various NNIT stakeholders, and sometimes external partners
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, procurement regulations and guidelines guaranteeing that no aspects are overlooked
- Parallel to your work with specific bids, you will participate in our constant work in optimizing and developing NNIT’s proposal templates, content libraries, and knowledge repositories
- Working closely with Account Manager you will develop and execute a winning bid strategy that aligns with client objectives and NNITs business goals. This includes making competitive and tender material analysis to differentiate our offerings and tailor proposals accordingly
There will be peak periods in the job especially close to deadlines that lays an extra burden on you and the team. In such situations your positive “go do mindset” helps you to ensure that we deliver on time meeting NNITs very high standards for quality responses while keeping the bid team inspired and in a good mood.
You will be part of the Region DK Sales and strategic deals team in NNIT
You enter into a combined Sales & Bid team of 10-15 dedicated and competent colleagues, who all leverage to share knowledge and experience to improve the quality of our work.
You will be part of the NNIT culture based on Danish and International values. It’s a flat organization that has room for independent thinking and individual responsibility based on our principles of openness, trust, respect and honesty.
Your qualifications and experiences
The position depends on a high level of independence and individual initiative combined with a high degree of personal drive. It is important you can gain trust from managers as well as team members and you have excellent stakeholder management skills.
Furthermore, it is important that you have in-depth understanding of public tenders, IT consulting, applications and/or cloud transformation. You bring 5-10 years of experience within the IT industry in a position as Bid Manager or acting in a similar Project Lead role.
As you will work with colleagues in an international set-up, it is required that you master Danish and English fluently – both in writing and oral. You will work onsite at our NNIT office in Søborg 3-4 days/week, but we are flexible offering you to work from home 1-2 days per week, where this fits with your work.
