Are you ready to lead a team of passionate Product Marketing Managers at the world’s top VMS solutions provider? As we evolve our positioning and enablement strategies to drive scalable success, we need your leadership to guide our PMM team to new heights.
As the Head of Product Marketing, you will be instrumental in shaping our product marketing efforts and driving Milestone Systems towards our 2025 strategic goals. You’ll lead a dynamic team of Product Marketing Managers who are dedicated to delivering impactful product marketing across our offerings and key industry verticals, empowering our sales and marketing efforts.
Join our innovative product marketing team, where your leadership will be valued, and your ideas embraced. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you'll be part of a talented group of 12 professionals, including insights specialists and product marketing operations, along with your team of 6 PMMs.

  • Creating best-in-class Product Marketing
    • Lead a team of 6 PMMs daily, ensuring that positioning, portfolio, assets, and enablement are truly world-class.
    • Contribute with your own experience of creating product marketing that makes a difference in the sales funnel, ensuring the team delivers timely and at high quality.
    • Create a culture of trust and transparency ensuring the team is engaged and motivated

  • Planning and process improvement
    • Preparing the team’s contribution towards the annual marketing business plan ensuring that the team delivers as agreed with other functions
    • Maintain and improve the PMKT annual asset and enablement plan to create visibility on priorities and deliverables in the team and with key stakeholders
    • Build and improve initiative overviews to make sure business outcomes and processes for key deliverables are clear.
    • Maintain key product overviews such as portfolio charts and roadmaps to make sure communication is aligned with development, marketing plans and messaging.

  • Stakeholder management
    • Engage in stakeholder management across marketing and tech group/product management to make sure teams and plans are aligned
    • Participate in cross-functional workstreams as needed to make sure product marketing is represented and heard as function

  • Proven experience in product marketing preferably in software
  • Leadership experience, leading teams of specialists
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to understand business needs and -outcomes
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to put product marketing into a commercial context.
  • Excellent communication skills, with negotiation level English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in the tech industry, particularly with SaaS or cloud-based products, is an advantage.
