You will be spearheading a team of talented experts, making the ability to manage a diverse team effectively essential.As the Head of Commercial Excellence, you will be responsible for directing the development and execution of commercial excellence strategies that are the fundament for our growth and success of our core business. The position is a newly created position, and you will report to the Senior Director of Commercial Excellence and Marketing. You will work closely with the management team reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer to define and implement initiatives that optimize our commercial operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. Topsoe has a regional setup, and the Commercial Excellence function covers all regions globally.
What you’ll bringWhat you’ll bring
  • Proven experience (minimum of five years) in a similar role within B2B, driving commercial excellence strategies and performance within a global or multinational company
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute long-term strategies
  • The ability to inspire, manage and motivate teams in a trusting atmosphere
  • Excellent reasoning skills and the ability to gather, interpret and use data to guide commercial excellence initiatives
  • Proven experience within project portfolio management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment and understanding local and global teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to clearly convey ideas, strategies, and results to a diverse and wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience with pricing optimization
  • Ability to develop and monitor sales efficiencies and identify optimization opportunities
  • Experience with optimization of CRM systems to align with commercial objectives and ensure efficient data management
  • Knowledge of development of sales training and onboarding programs
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
