Confidential position as Head of Service Engineering Department

In the position, you will be responsible for managing a large team of proficient engineers performing service jobs worldwide. It will be your responsibility to prepare the team for future demands and you will lead the team in an increasingly competitive market. As Head of the Service Engineering team, you will be a part of a dedicated and committed management team.
The aim in the position is to develop a higher proactive sales and service mindset in the team, and to uphold a high level of service to customers, internal and external, by increasing education, automation, improving order handling and response time from each job carried out to ensure customer satisfaction and additional sales.
Your main tasks are daily management of the team, strategic and commercial sparring, optimisation of processes, focus on increased sales, people management etc.
You have strong people management skills and good experience with change management and understand and alter cultural habits. You are a technical-minded leader and have approx. 3-5 years of experience as a Team/Section Leader. You must be fluent in Danish and English both oral and in writing.
You are a person who has strong communication skills, a positive “can do” mindset, and you know how to put the customer’s needs in focus. In addition, you are performance-driven, dedicated and thrive in a high-intensity work environment. The right candidate also has a strategic, commercial, and proactive mindset and a good economic understanding.
Travelling: Approximately 20 days of travel per year.
Domicile: Northern Jutland
