We are currently looking for an APPRENTICE COORDINATOR to support our Head of Apprenticeship.
As our Apprentice Coordinator you will be coordinating the daily process internal and external at the apprentice field. You will be a part of a dedicated team at our Apprenticeship Department and our apprentices will come from variety Vocational training programs
Your main responsibilities will be:

Your educational background is not the most important crucial. Maybe you are a tutor or teacher at a vocational school, work with young people or you are on the construction site and dreaming of changing an occupation.
Important to us is that you can motivate, convince, support, and have an understanding of different backgrounds.
However we require:
Place of work
Until September2021 you will shift between offices in Rødbyhavn and Copenhagen. From September 2021 your main work location will be in Rødbyhavn.
Conditions of employment:
It is a full-time position. The Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven) applies, pension, health insurance and lunch arrangement.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- You will be the main contact person for apprentices during all they education at FLC
- Recruitment tasks including job advertising, arranging jobinterviews, and answering candidates’ inquiries
- Onboarding and planning processes
- Responsible for our apprentices meet the obligations in their respective curriculums
- Deboarding apprentices when they completed their apprenticeship
- You will be organizing Open House events at Rødbyhavn, arranging School visits and attending in networks of interest at Lolland
Experience and Skills Required

Important to us is that you can motivate, convince, support, and have an understanding of different backgrounds.
However we require:
- Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and their requirements to complete successfully
- Knowledge of apprenticeship programs at Vocational training
- Highly competent using MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and experienced with databases
- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize time and tasks effectively whilst meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High standard of written and spoken English and Danish
