Therefore, we are looking for a Head of Strategic Sourcing to set the strategics direction for our various supply categories both direct and indirect, in order to support our rapid growth through new product and regionalization.
With direct reference to our Senior Vice President Supply Chain, you will become part of a team focusing on creating value to Kamstrup and our customers. You will lead a global team of 22 people and become a part of the management team in Supply Chain.
Head of Strategic Sourcing to focus on securing professionalism, results and best solutions
As Head of Strategic Sourcing you will be responsible for supplier relationship and the development of category strategies for all direct and indirect spend. Moreover, you will be in charge of taking the team to the next level by building a scalable organization with robust process and the right level of competencies that can support Kamstrup’ s global expansion both from new product and a regionalization point of view. Furthermore, you must manage and drive the supplier involvement, long term capacity & capabilities planning, CSR compliance, Sustainability and Quality assurance for the suppliers.
More specifically your primary responsibilities will be to:

Your personality is important to us
You possess strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relations internally and externally. We expect that you are curious by nature and have a profound interest in how our customers perceive value. Furthermore, you need to have excellent stakeholder management skills, externally as well as internally and ideally taken part of a strategic sourcing transformation.
You have minimum 5-8 years of experience e.g. from a similar business where you have taken part in strategic sourcing and procurement in a supply chain setting. Moreover, you have a proven track record and possess an ambitious and decision-making attitude.

- Set the direction for our all key categories for both direct & indirect
- Ensure sufficient Capacity/ Support to support growth through new products introduction & reginal growth
- Enhance the strategic sourcing/category management process
- Insure deployment/ anchoring of new IFS/ ERP system start harvesting benefits
- Reduce total cost across the supply chain from initial design to finish product/ services
- Manage all tasks performed in Strategic Sourcing according to Kamstrup’s procedures and descriptions
- Manage the department demand from Kamstrup, customers, authorities and other relevant stakeholders both national and international
- Understand the organization and ability to manage stakeholders to benefit of One Kamstrup
- Risk manage across divisions/ suppliers and products
