Become a part of the Sales team in our Electricity Division
Kamstrup is a Danish technology company and one of the world’s leading manufacturers of intelligent metering solutions. We experience significant demand for our products and focus massively on development and production of intelligent metering equipment and systems for energy and water consumption. We are therefore looking for a Head of After Sales Management to lead our After Sales Management team in the Electricity Division.
With direct reference to our Head of Sales, you will be responsible for a team of 8 colleagues that are part of the Sales organization in the Electricity Business. The team is responsible for all after sales related activities in relevant countries. You will become a part of the Sales leadership team and contribute proactively in developing the sales strategy within your area of responsibility as well as contributing proactively in the Sales Management team.
A leadership job with focus on customer insights and developing after sales
As Head of After Sales Management, you will be responsible for securing a solid pipeline as well as retaining and developing accounts within your segment. You and the team will be responsible for driving account plans and proactive maintain the relationship and sales for a large account portfolio.
In addition, your main responsibilities will be to:
In the job, you can expect around 30-50 travel days per year.
Personality matters
You hold a Master’s Degree within Sales, Business Administration, Engineering or similar. In addition, you have minimum 8-10 years of experience from an international managerial sales position in a dynamic business environment, where you have worked with sales offices in different countries. You have an in-depth understanding of the sales cycle and tools as well as a successful record of leading a team to achieving goals while growing and scaling a sales organization of a sizeable business.
As a person you have a strong business acumen, a customer-oriented mindset and solid negotiation skills. You possess strong communication skills that enables you to set a clear direction and interact with stakeholders both internal and external. In addition, you have strong analytical skills and are able to conduct standard performance-, market-, and competitor analyses as well as demonstrating proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms.
You are fluent in English both written and oral.

- Lead and coach a growth mentality e.g. through larger share of wallet or addressing new customer
- Drive a high-performance culture with weekly performance cadence of opportunities and forecast
- Drive and secure high customer satisfaction through relationships and customer insight, including customer visits
- Secure that your team develop their skills and competencies within our product portfolio
