To help us live up to this ambition, we are looking for a new Head of Support for our Danish Support team.

With direct reference to our Global Head of Customer Support & Services, you will have the local responsibility of leading a dedicated team of 7 Customer Support Engineers. These professionals are stationed in Kamstrup’s Headquarters in Stilling near Aarhus, Denmark. Working in close collaboration with our global Solutions & Service Delivery function, the team strives to deliver best-in-class support, and ensuring high customer satisfaction remains our top priority.

A job with focus on customer satisfaction
In the position as Head of Customer Support, your primary responsibility will involve creating the necessary conditions and support to empower your team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Working closely with your team, your focus will be on developing and enhancing their technical skills and knowledge, aligning with the growing emphasis on sustainable utilities through increased digitalization. Kamstrup is constantly evolving and a cornerstone in your job will also be to drive transformative changes and progressively introduce digital self-services.

More specifically, you will be:

  • Managing and developing the local support team to achieve agreed targets within your budget, strategy, and Customer SLA
  • Taking lead on Customer Satisfaction; Measure, follow-up, do service recovery, and initiate initiatives to constantly protect our high CS level
  • Improving customer service experience, driving KPI-based optimizations and digitalization of Customer Support and self-services in close collaboration with the global Customer Support management
  • Fostering and strengthening effective cross-functional collaboration with local and global organizations

You can expect approximately 5-10 travel days per year in this position.

With a service-oriented mindset, you approach tasks analytically and systematically, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders receive exceptional deliveries. Building and nurturing strong relationships is second nature to you, resulting in positive outcomes in previous roles.

To excel in the role, we envision that you possess a professional background in IT or other technical fields. Your expertise includes delivering customer support on an international scale. Ideally, you have 2+ years of experience in the customer support field and in management, and you have received formal education or training in leadership, or you bring experience in supporting complex systems that involve both software and hardware components. This background equips you with the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate the challenges of this role successfully.

This job requires you to have a high-level proficiency in English and Danish – both written and spoken.
