Your responsibilities
As a candidate in the D365 Graduate Program focusing on Project Management you will take part in client meetings, and you will learn to understand and interpret the customer’s needs and in collaboration with the SCALES team offer stable solutions that meet the expected quality.
You will acquire hands-on experience with the various stages in the project life cycle, understand the communication, reporting and governing principles in becoming a capable project manager. Not least you will be involved in managing a team of SCALES employees in the project and this way be a key driver in the successful execution of the project.
To ensure full knowledge of the projects we deliver to our clients you will, in addition to the formal project management training, receive training in the D365 application and you are expected to complete an application certification.
With the Graduate Program you will get access to a large professional network and an opportunity to work with some of the most skilled D365 project managers and consultants in the industry. You will be part of the project management group responsible for leading sales, analysis, implementation, roll-out and process optimization projects at the customers. The Graduate Program is localized at SCALES in Søborg (Copenhagen), but place of employment can be in Aarhus as well.
As a project manager, you will work on the customer sites in the area around your place of employment. With some projects you will have the opportunity to travel to customer locations abroad and within Denmark.

Graduate Program details
- Duration: up to 18 months. Depending on your previous experience and performance you might complete your training and become a project manager in a shorter period of time
- Deep-dive into agile project methodology and project delivery tools
- You will be assigned a mentor in SCALES and a project team, where you will work closely with an experienced project manager on a daily basis
- You will receive formalized training in project management disciplines after which you will follow an individual development plan based on your competence level
- Start date will be February/March 2021
Your qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have completed their master’s degree or have up to two years of work experience.
It is vital that:
- You are committed, self-driven and have a commercial mindset
- You have strong organization and structuring skills; you have an eye for details
- You are an outgoing person that finds it natural to engage and communicate with people
- You can think independently, and you believe strongly in the power of working together as a team
- You are ambitious to learn and succeed and have excellent collaboration skills
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Danish
It is an advantage if:
- You have relevant project management experience or project management as part of your education
- You have experience within an enterprise domain from companies that use D365, AX or other enterprise level ERP systems
- You have been part of large IT implementation projects in any role
- You understand the relations between business and financial processes and IT at enterprise level
