Are you detail oriented and passionate about excellent customer service? This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team for one year and gain in depth knowledge and experience in a global company with 10 Maersk Training centres around the world.
We offer
Based in Svendborg, as our new temporary colleague in our Administration you will be responsible for handling courses conducted in Svendborg and provide first class service to our customers, playing a key role in enhancing the quality of the services offered. You will be the point of contact for inbound enquiries, providing accurate course information, booking delegates onto courses and supporting our sales department in optimizing seat utilizations. You will become part of an experienced and passionate team.
Key responsibilities
• Act as the face of our company, embodying our Core Values and principles in how we do business
• Effectively handle inbound enquiries through channels such as email, phone, as well as “in person” visitors and our online booking system
• Securing seats, booking courses and allocating accommodation inhouse or external
• Handling of joining instructions
• Coordinating with key stakeholders to provide course information and follow up
• Processing invoices
• Process orders and payments
• Proactively maximise seat utilization
• Administration and set up of E-Learning courses for some of our customers
• Assisting our instructors with various tasks
We are looking for
You are outgoing, detail oriented and enthusiastic with a robust character. You will be highly driven, able to work independently whilst still being able to fit within a small team. You enjoy working in a very fast paced office environment. A customer centric view with a priority to quality customer service is also important. You are able to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and written and be proficient in the use of MS Outlook, MS Office products and similar computer based software. Previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
We expect you to start 1 March 2020. The maternity cover is expected to last for 1 year but with the possibility for an extension.
