Key responsibilities


1. Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients within the oil & gas, maritime, and wind industries on a global scale.
2. Consultative Selling: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and business goals, offering tailored consultancy solutions.
3. Partnership Development: Develop and negotiate license and management agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships with clients.
4. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform our strategy.
5. Independent Work: Operate as an independent contributor, managing your client portfolio and driving results.
6. Travel: Be willing to travel nationally and internationally, spending 40-60 days per year meeting with clients, attending industry events, and fostering relationships.

We are looking for


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, a strong understanding of the oil & gas, maritime, or wind industries, and the ability to cultivate and manage global client relationships. If you have a background in consultancy services and experience in structuring license and management agreements, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of at least 6-10 years in business development, preferably within the oil & gas, maritime, or wind industries.
3. Experience in structuring and negotiating license and management agreements.
4. Strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and key players.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and meet/exceed targets.
7. Willingness to travel extensively.
