We are searching a new colleague, who can lead our financial and controlling team on plant level and establish a new clear system of reporting and forecasting. We also expecting that you are:
- Have more than 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferable – in production companies,
- Have a proven experience of implementing procedures to operational activities,
- Have a proven experience of implementing reporting structure,
- Have a good knowledge of Danish financial and accounting standards, methods and tools, and also International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS),
- Have a leadership experience at least for 2 years,
- Have an advanced English, spoken and written, German will be an advantage,
- Have an experience with SAP FICO module,
- Have a good communication and analytical skills.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide input for the Finance and Controlling strategy, develop it and ensures its implementation,
- Lead /guide accounting & controlling team on daily basic,
- Develop and improve accounting systems and standards,
- Ensure the compliance with defined standards and know how transfer,
- Prepare the annual financial statements, in collaboration with the staff,
- Debate on the annual financial statement with financial and tax auditors,
- Prepares concepts for the tax reimbursements of products and services with consultants and implements them,
- Responsible for the prompt payment of outstanding debt and for the proper payment of invoices and taxes,
- Refine systematically all systems and processes in the area,
- Ensure the documentation regarding taxes for transfer prices,
- Monitor compliance of defined standards and identifies discrepancies as well as develops and provides recommendation for improvement,
- Steer the annual budget for the plant,
- Compare the monthly planned and actual performance indicators (e.g. from the profit and loss statement and balance sheet) on plant and cost centre level,
- Develop and provide actions and recommendations for performance improvement for the respective plant,
- Implement cost and profitably analysis, operating profit analyse, allocation of material analyse, and other analyses,
- Release product calculations,
- Conducts business cases for capital projects investment and monitor the budget of all major investment projects,
- Promote a respectful work environment and recruits, develops and retains human resources to maintain a qualified, motivated and productive workforce.
