WANTED Positive and energetic F&B manager for one of the border regions
leading hotels.

Are you passionate about F&B and great guest service? Do you see the glass as half full and not half empty? And do you have the strength to spread your positive energy? Then you might be our new F&B manager at Hotel des Nordens.
Just 200 meters from the Danish border and 1,5 km from the Beach, the Hotel des Nordens offers 127 stylish, bright and spacious rooms and suites. We have a restaurant, a bar, a wellnessarea with jacuzzi, in- and outdoor pool, several in- and outdoor saunas, massage and beauty salon. 8 meeting and Banquet room with a capacity for up to 720 people in total.

The position:
As our new F&B manager you will, among things have the following responsibilities:

  • Overall P&L responsibility for the F&B Department.
  • Development and training of the team
  • Responsible for planning and executing, Meetings, Banquets, Events etc.
  • Overall leadership of Kitchen, Restaurant/Banquet & Bar)


  • The position refers directly to the Hotels General Manager, and you will become a key player in the team.
