Sirdal Skisenter, Tjørhom, Norge, is looking for a full time seasonal service area manager.
Ålsheia is a part of Sirdal Skisenter where you will find 3 lifts and one magic carpet. Ålsheia is open for night skiing each night from Wednesday to Saturday 17-21 and weekends and holidays 09.30-16.00.
As a service area manager in Ålsheia you are going to have varied tasks, and the main responsibility for the service building and all it contains. In the weekends you will have the responsibility for the extra service staff who works part time.

About the working conditions
As a seasonal employee at Sirdal Skisenter, you have an employment contract from the beginning of December to Easter Sunday. Greater work pressure must be expected during holidays (Christmas, winter holidays, Easter holidays and summer holidays), while it decreases in the inter-seasons (spring and autumn).
It is expected that everyone who applies for positions in Sirdal Skisenter & Sommerpark is available to be able to work weekends and holidays (Christmas, winter holiday Rogaland (week 9) and Easter holiday).
As an employee of Sirdal Skisenter, you are paid according to age.
All seasonal employees full-time at Sirdal Skisenter are automatically part of our evacuation team and are expected to attend training sessions in connection with this.

Your tasks and responsibillities
- Training of staff
- Customer care
- Delegate work tasks and be the manager of the service staff
- Inventory and ordering
- Assist guests with returning ski rentals and lift passes
- Production and sale of food
- Snow shoveling and maintenance of the outdoor area
- Cleaning of the premises
- Training will be provided
We are looking for a person who:

- Is a responsible person.
- Is flexible in regards of working hours.
