For our Value Engineering department based in Offshore Engineering, we are looking for a Technology Roadmap Manager to manage and drive our short-mid-term Technology Roadmap deliverables. We are a high performance and diverse team based out of three different locations. Value Engineering department drives turbine cost reduction, governs technology development and runs cross-functional projects to enhance value and productivity.

About the role
In this role you will work closely with our Chief Engineer group, Commercial stakeholders as well as broader Engineering department. You will manage overall deliverables, planning, run commercial analyses in addition to supporting overarching governance of the process. Furthermore, you will periodically communicate to senior management on the roadmap development. You will be a crucial contributor in bringing new technologies to market and driving overall costs of wind energy lower.

About you
You have a minimum of five years experience in Wind Energy industry, preferably with a turbine manufacturer or in similar positions in the industry. You are a self-starter, demonstrate strong ownership attitude, proactive in your approach and have excellent communication skills. You come with strong analytical, commercial and project management experience. Solid understanding of high-level turbine technology is a bonus. Lastly, you are an expert user in Microsoft applications – Power point, Excel with Power BI exposure as a plus.
