For our Site Training team within the Construction Site Resources department, we are looking for a self-driven Training Coordinator, who is eager to play an important part in the training and development of our site personnel within Offshore.

As a Training Coordinator in Site Training, you will be part of a team that creates, analyses, implements, books and monitors training requirements for hundreds of offshore employees and contractors worldwide, in order to ensure fulfillment of the demand from our Offshore projects.

How to contribute to our vision

As Training Coordinator, you are required to ensure interface regarding training between training providers and internal stakeholders, more specifically your main responsibilities will cover:

  • Certificate handling of conducted training including quality check and approval of training certificates
  • Provide input for various training reports in coordination with team members
  • Secure that our certificate handbook is up to date with new training requirements
  • Handling of data updates within our learning management system
  • Support the booking of safety, technical and soft-skill training as well as maintenance of booking tools and handling of joining instructions
  • Proactively communication with back-office, ensuring that our site personnel receives the relevant training

As Training Coordinator, you will report to the Team lead of Training Coordination. You will have an outstanding opportunity of working in a cross-functionally and highly professionally business training environment. This job offers great learning opportunities and full insight into all elements of site execution. You must expect 6-12 travel days per year.

  • You have operational experience with training and data administration, preferably within project execution or training management
  • You have an interest in IT systems and process flows
  • You are a skilled Excel user and enjoy working with details
  • You have excellent communication and coordination skills
  • It comes naturally to you navigating in a busy and dynamic environment, where the situation changes from day to day
  • You are self-driven, but also possess a great sense of team spirit
  • You are fluent English and possess excellent intercultural competences
