And do you want to take the lead and be responsible for the daily management and coordination of the Web Portal Department in TRIMIT Group. As a Head of E-Commerce, you become a part of an innovative technology company which is characterised by an informal and dynamic work environment with a focus on personal development. You will play a significant role in TRIMIT Group with reference to TRIMIT Group’s COO Henrik Hoffmeyer. You will be responsible for building the E-Commerce strategy to improve, develop and grow the E-Commerce business. Your primary tasks will be building the right team, where you find, engage, and manage the skilled people in the Web Portal Department in accordance with the strategy. In addition, you will be involved in customer projects where you understand and develop the customers’ business and you understand the possibilities in the digital market in relation to the customers and products. You will be collaborating with the team in TRIMIT Solutions regarding to develop TRIMITs products and services. To be successful in the role we expect you to have a relevant educational background combined with strong E-Commerce and online understanding. Moreover, it is crucial to your success in the role that you have solid experience in a management consultancy or experience in a business development team or a strategic E-Commerce role. You have an overall understanding of and experience with the online business – both front- and backend. You are expected to be fluent in English, which is the corporate language, and since you will be involved in national and international customers and projects. Furthermore, you have a strong knowledge of latest E-Commerce technologies and various platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Ucommerce or others.You are characterized as a natural authority with a strategic mindset. You have strong analytical skills combined with a curiosity which gives you an ability to translate data, trends, and insights into actionable and measurable strategies. You are business oriented, energetic, and self-driven with a “can do” attitude and a huge drive. You have excellent people and communication skills, and you build great relationships both internally and externally. You will work from one of TRIMIT Group’s locations in Denmark, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, or the Netherlands. Are you the new Head of E-Commerce in TRIMIT?
