Vestas North and Central Europe is a sales unit for Scandinavia, the UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, the Benelux and in addition also Eastern Europe and South Africa. We are responsible for sales function, project, Installation and Service of wind turbine parks across these regions. We go after being No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas North and Central Europe the best place to work.
Sales SBU NCE Administration Denmark/Norway
The service department in Denmark is responsible for service, service sales and maintenance of wind turbines within the Nordic countries. The department is a busy department with a lot of exciting opportunities and activities.

Sales SBU NCE Administration Denmark/Norway
The service department in Denmark is responsible for service, service sales and maintenance of wind turbines within the Nordic countries. The department is a busy department with a lot of exciting opportunities and activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordination with planners about where technicians should be on which site and when
- Communication to / with technicians about information to be able to travel
- Coordination and securing of what is needed for courses /requirements for the site, so that both internal and external technicians quickly can move between the countries (NO, PL, SE, FI, UK)
- Collaboration with training coordinator on securing necessary courses
- Collaboration with Mobility (P&C) and KPMG regarding work permits etc.
- Follow-up on legislation and rules in the Nordic countries
- The mobility function is combined with other administrative tasks across the Nordic Service organization
Qualifications
- Experienced in working with Microsoft office programs, proficiency in using Excel would be an advantage
- Experience with Sharepoint, preferable
- Experience with SAP, preferable
- Good knowledge of work rules in European countries
Competencies
- You are analytic, very structured and have a good overview
- You are a solid communicator both orally and in writing
- You can handle a large interface and a distinct team player
- You possess good English skills, both in writing and orally
- You have a good process understanding and possess a significant data discipline
