Do you thrive in cross disciplinary design teams, do you want to lead the way within design management and be an ambassador for cross disciplinary facility design? Then you might be the person we are looking for to join our management team within Facility Design, to head up our Design Management department.
The department plays a vital role in our own and our customers projects, we take roles as client consultants or design managers, with the responsibility to ensure cross disciplinary design, coordination and planning within facility design through-out the entire design process from early outline proposal to detailed/tender design. In your future role you will be department manager for Design Management, one of 7 departments within our Facility Design area, and you will be a member of our Facility Design Management team.

As our new manager your primary task will be
- Daily management of appr. 12 employees
- Support projects/employees with review and challenge sessions during design
- Develop and implement design management tools the department
- Competence and talent management within the department
- Support cooperation with our colleagues in Bangalore, India
- Work in close cooperation with the Management team in Facility Design
Qualifications
- You have a M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or Architecture and more than 10 years of experience, hereof minimum 5 years as design or project manager within facility design.
- You are fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written) and you live in Denmark
- You have a good understanding of BIM technologies and tools
- You have leadership experience from working with project teams and understanding of project governance structures.
- You have experience working closely with customer project managers and key project team members.

- You have a personal drive and a holistic view towards other disciplines
- Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to bring people together around a common purpose
- You are result-oriented, have a well-structured work approach and have focus on people development
