How you might spend your days
As an IT Service Manager, you will be part of our IT team that supports our business operations and enables our digital transformation. You will be responsible for upgrading and implementing a new ITSM solution in NNE that aligns with our business needs and goals. You will also act as the operational focal point of our IT systems and IT processes, ensuring their availability, performance, security, and compliance.

How you might spend your days
As an IT Service Manager, you will be part of our IT team that supports our business operations and enables our digital transformation. You will be responsible for upgrading and implementing a new ITSM solution in NNE that aligns with our business needs and goals. You will also act as the operational focal point of our IT systems and IT processes, ensuring their availability, performance, security, and compliance.
As an IT Service Manager, you’ll be working with a skilled, multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be:
- Coordinating interfaces between ITSM and other processes, ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operation by engaging various IT partners as required
- Ensuring smooth transitioning of applications from development to maintenance
- Designing and implementing processes that certify that all parts of the service catalogue are an integrated part of the CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Defining success metrics and monitor service catalogue and request management processes
- Coaching and training ITSM stakeholders to ensure appropriate understanding of the service catalogue and request management system and its relationship to other key IT processes

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in IT service management or related roles
- Knowledge of ITSM best practices and frameworks, such as ITIL or COBIT
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
