In the role as Project Quality Manager, you will take part in defining, coordinating, and managing project specific quality activities related to design, construction, testing and verification on large scale pharma engineering projects.

In the role as Project Quality Manager, you will take part in defining, coordinating, and managing project specific quality activities related to design, construction, testing and verification on large scale pharma engineering projects.

How you might spend your days
As a (Senior) Project Quality Manager, you’ll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be:
- Leading and managing project quality activities in large, complex, and cross-disciplinary projects.
- Developing and implementing project verification strategy including alignment with customer’s quality system and validation concept.
- Planning and executing process confirmations to ensure compliance with procedures and specifications.
- Providing input to and be an active part of the project management team.
- Managing a team of quality engineers.
- Setting direction for our engineering quality activities and ensuring alignment across disciplines in the project.
- Participating in the coordination and facilitation of e.g., supplier management activities.
- Providing guidance and follow-up on supplier’s quality deliverables.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a degree in engineering within chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical production, or similar.
- You have experience with quality planning, verification, and validation, in the life science/biotech industry.
- You have knowledge of and experience with project execution.
- You speak and write fluent English.
