About the role
As Head of Information Security, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our information security strategy, policies and practices. You will lead a team of four security analysts, be part of Global IT, and report to the CIO. Global IT consists of a team of 35 dedicated people managing all IT related solutions and services across . The team is working out of Denmark and India. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to work closely with the business owners to understand and adapt to changing business needs.

As Head of Information Security, you’ll:
- Lead the Information Security team, consisting of four security analysts – two in Denmark, two in India.
- Responsible for Risk Management, Governance, and Compliance when it comes Information Security.
- Responsible for Incident Management & Incident Response.
- Drive Information Security awareness within .
- Ensure information security policies and processes are up-to-date and aligned with business needs and security best practices.
You will report to the CIO and be part of the IT leadership team.

- ave good cross-cultural understanding, and fluency in written and spoken English are essential – the IT team is international and department meetings are conducted in English.
The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, or similar).
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Track record of driving change in large organizations.
