About the role
We are looking for an internal Project Manager to join our team of onboarding games. As a team, we are making an increasing number of games that are available in a 3D simulator for employees of NNE. We are looking for a new colleague who can set the strategic and operational direction, for scaling up the games, and to secure our new joiner's job satisfaction on various projects in NNE.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be:
- Collaborating with a handful of experts based between our offices in Denmark and India.
- Collecting professional contributions from multiple departments and transform this information into onboarding games.
- Engage in dynamic weekly collaboration meeting with valued external partners.
- Responsible for planning/execution and for coordinating/delegating tasks.
- The one who execute independently on planning, coordination, and prioritizing to meet deadlines.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a relevant degree which offers technical knowledge applicable to this role.
- You have minimum 5 years of experience in the life science/biotech industry.
- Proven communication and leadership skills.
- Project Management skills (e.g., certification in PMP, PRINCE2 or the like)
- You speak and write Danish and English.
