About the role

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our Project Excellence team within the AI Transformation department, consisting of five dedicated and highly skilled colleagues. Our team plays a central role in ensuring a LEAN mindset across projects and making sure our large investment projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. To be able to do so, our most valuable role as a team is to ensure that there is lean mindset across projects.

Your role will be to set direction to the strategic improvement initiatives across [xxxxx]s projects. The improvement initiatives have focus on both people, processes and technologies, including AI. As the need is increasing, your role will also be to grow and further develop the team.

As a Manager for Project Excellence, you’ll be:

  • Develop and build a strong culture of continuous improvement engagement at all levels in [xxxxx]
  • Work closely with project leaders and management teams to ensure alignment on improvement initiatives and priorities
  • Coach and mentor the project team fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment
  • Design, implement, and lead the improvement program across major projects and project portfolios
  • Set direction for the Lean University in [xxxxx] to develop LEAN capabilities within the organization

  • A relevant academic degree (engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management, or project management).
  • Proven leadership experience fostering collaboration and creating a positive work environment that motivates the team to achieve project/department goals
  • Formal LEAN training and project management training
  • Experience in change and stakeholder management within leadership sparring
  • Proven successful implementation of changes with impact
  • Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
