Your Responsibilities as Managing Advisor within EU R&D Advisory Team
We offer you a unique opportunity to operate in the sweet spot, where domain expertise meets client needs. In this role you will execute NNIT’s Regulatory global vision for the EU market and convert current trends into repeatable services and build on NNIT’s strong Regulatory brand in the Life Sciences market.
In the Life Sciences R&D EU Advisory team, you will join an exciting international department of highly skilled colleagues across Regulatory, Clinical and Safety, that have a deep understanding of the life sciences industry and the ability to bridge this knowledge with digital solution which drive operational excellence for our customers.

You Will Be Responsible For
- Executing the global Regulatory Business Area Plan for the EU market across existing product portfolios which incl. development of EU go-to-market strategies, sales targets, thought leadership activities, organizational ramp-up etc.
- Developing offerings and Go-to-market strategies to support new NNIT products on the market
- Working closely with new and existing clients to develop strategies and tools to optimize and accelerate their RA processes
- Developing new client relationships to bring more value to the life sciences industry
- Define, develop and execute NNIT’s product development framework for the EU market
- Ensuring a close collaboration with NNIT stakeholders, and using your industry and Regulatory affairs knowledge to strengthen and build NNIT’s strategic aspirations in Life sciences
- Growing the necessary Regulatory competencies, capabilities and knowledge within NNIT to bring more value to our clients
This Position Involves
- Active participation in sales, and growing existing and new clients within Regulatory affairs
- Orchestrating business development activities related to the development of new offerings that will support our growth within Regulatory affairs in Life sciences
- Working closely with EU clients, using your experience within Regulatory affairs to advise and assist Life Sciences companies in a vast array of projects
- Participation in relevant conferences and giving speeches
- Strong involvement in relevant networks with authorities (FDA, EMA etc.) and standardization organizations (ISO, DS etc.)
Your qualifications and experiences
- You hold a degree in Life sciences, Business or IT with 8+ years of experience from the life sciences industry, preferably Regulatory Affairs
- You ideally have experience in both Pharma and Medical devices
- You have consulting/advisory experience and a commercial mindset with market owner experience including presales activities such as RFP and SOW writing,
- You have an interest and understanding of technology use within life science
- It is an advantage if you have experience with Regulatory business processes and how digitalization can support business process efficiency.
- You are used to advize and build trust at all levels within an organisation, including C-suite
- From experience in previous positions, you have honed a can do attitude and winning personality that builds trust and enables great customer engagement.
- Fluency in oral and written English is a must.
