Your role and responsibilities
If you have QMS experience and you are looking for an opportunity to put all of your good knowledge into play and great possibilities for impact and influence, you do not need to look any further. At we have been trusted to develop and implement automation solutions across a wide range of pharma projects for a global key account client. The standards for documentation are at top level and that’s where you enter the scene as our new quality expert. As such, you will play a key role in creating the right quality setup and as part of this help your Automation Engineer colleagues gaining quality mindset. You will get the chance to shape a critical part of our new pharma organization and in due time head our pharma quality activities. The only downside might be, that you never want to leave like so many of us. Your responsibilities: • Set up and structure the entire test protocol system – tools, processes etc. in compliance with our client’s QMS • Ensure that all test protocols meet applicable standards and are approved by the customer • Prepare test protocols – primarily until you have the setup up and running • Train and guide the Automation Engineers in development of test plans and test documentation • Review tests carried out by the Engineers • Have a close dialogue with the client and your management team to ensure the right setup and ongoing handling of issues. • Spread you own quality mindset to implement our client’s QMS as a supporting Engineering tool
Qualifications for the role
- Experience with quality management with high requirements for documentation
- Experience using a digital QMS
- Motivation to learn how to use TIMS – if you don't already know it
- Experience from working in a project organization with numerous parallel projects
- Motivation for being Quality Expert – the person people turn to for advice and guidance
- Motivation for and the necessary patience to train, guide and help colleagues from many different countries

You are free to choose which of our Danish offices you want to be based in – Kalundborg, Ballerup, Middelfart, Esbjerg or Aalborg. The job is very flexible, and much of your work can be done remotely, as long as you are ready to hold clarifying meetings and train the colleagues on site when necessary.
