About the role
As a LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) Officer, you will play an important role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our site operations. Your key responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day LOTO system, marking and reviewing boundary drawings, and coordinating with the permit office and stakeholders. You will also provide essential LOTO equipment, ensure compliance with the LOTO procedure, and clearly communicate isolation requirements and responsibilities to everyone on site.

As LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) Officer, you’ll:
- Manage the daily LOTO system, ensuring boundary drawings are marked, reviewed, and coordinated with the permit office and stakeholders
- Deliver LOTO equipment to workers
- Prepare and update LOTO documentation, including isolation procedures and safety checklists
- Clearly communicate live equipment, isolation requirements, and responsibilities for joint work area coordination on site
- Comply with the LOTO procedure and stop unsafe work if concerns arise
- Prepare Lockout/Tagout out for commissioning activities or activities interfacing with live systems, together with other LOTO colleagues or client operators

- Minimum 2 years of experience in LOTO procedures and systems
- Certifications and training in safety procedures, risk assessment, and compliance with industry standards are considered an advantage
- A profound understanding of Safety Rules/Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and how to apply them effectively in the field
- Practical experience in plant isolation for mechanical systems for commissioning
- IT software relevant user experience (e.g. Dalux, Microsoft, SharePoint, Permit Vision)
- You speak and write English. Danish speaking and writing are considered an advantage
- Experience working with commissioning and qualification activities, within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries is considered an advantage
