Do you want to lead our Aseptic Support and Release team and help bring the Finished Dose Form Manufacturing (FDF) to the next level in a fast-growing pharmaceutical company?
As the current Teamleader for FDF Aseptic Support and Release is taking a new step in her career internally at the company, Xellia Pharmaceuticals is now looking for the right person to take over. Manage and develop the manufacturing organization in a fast-growing company
With direct reference to the Director, FDF Manufacturing, you will have the overall responsibility for the Process Support and Release of Xellia’s two main finished dose forms sterile production departments in Copenhagen. This will include daily execution, compliance, and support to the productions, as well as optimization in both the short- and long-term perspective of the processes and environmental monitoring program.
As leader of our skilled Aseptic Support and Release team, you will be responsible for the team and employment issues: leading, motivating, and setting the direction of highly skilled specialists. The team’s daily work is primarily focused around aseptic and environmental monitoring programs in the productions, supporting and improving the processes as well as releasing our products. You will be member of the International Manufacturing Leadership Team, and it is expected that you contribute actively and clarify important focus areas across the departments.
Experienced Teamleader with strong leadership skills
You possess strong people and management skills and the ability to set the direction for the people you lead, as well as setting the overall strategy to provide a proactive, multi-skilled team that can support the productions’ aseptic programs and release flows. Furthermore, it is important that you manage, coach, and develop high performing team members with the purpose of achieving operational success. It is important that you have a forward-thinking mentality as well as being adaptable to ever-changing needs and circumstances. Stakeholder management plays an important part of your daily work, and your ability to succeed across teams and departments is an important factor.

You have a relevant education within people management or similar and at least five years of leadership experience. Part of your experience must be in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment where you have gained solid understanding of GMP requirements and sterile procedures. Experience from QC and/or EM will be a big advantage. If you have experience from other regulated industries, please do not hesitate to apply.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
