And do you thrive working in a matrix organization?We are looking for a Process Optimisation Specialist to join Regulatory Affairs Process and Digital Strategy and make a significant impact on driving process excellence.  If you are ready to take on this challenge, read more and apply today for a life-changing career.The position  As a Process Optimisation Specialist, you will play a central role in driving process excellence, innovation, and digital transformation in the regulatory affairs organization at a corporate level and across all markets.  You will set and implement process strategies in collaboration with process managers, deliver improvements, mitigate risks, and drive change that will impact the [xxxxx] value chain, ensuring a process-focused mindset is embedded in global practices.More specifically, you will:
  • Set strategy for and manage cross-functional process optimisation
  • Manage complex high impact process optimisation projects  
  • Support key decision-making for processes and organise and lead process optimisation teams 
  • Develop and maintain schedules for process optimisation using process excellence and project management tools
  • Utilise comprehensive knowledge of business, strategy, and tactics to optimise and execute processes effectively 
  • Lead internal and external stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and engagement

  • A master’s degree in life science, business or similar
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with process optimization and project management, including leading strategic dialogues and business-critical initiatives 
  • Solid cross-organizational experience and understanding of the business value chain
  • Experience working with processes which must meet external regulatory requirements
  • Experience working with senior cross-functional stakeholders and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in a multinational environment 
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs is a plus but not a necessity 
  • Ability to communicate confidently in fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • As a person, you possess excellent planning and communication skills, with proven expertise in negotiation.About the department  The RA Process and Digital Strategy area within Regulatory Affairs is a growing team of 10 people.
