Our growth continues and we are setting up a completely new department to support it. We are now recruiting professionals from all levels to Product Technology department. This department focuses on early stage process development for the products that come from the research phase to GMP production.
We are now looking for Managers to lead the Upstream, Downstream, Analytical and Operative teams.
Your main responsibilities as a Manager include project management of your own responsible area and leading a team of Scientists / Operators. Furthermore, you will also create documentation of GMP operations as well as project plans and summaries.
You could be the person if…
You are able to set direction, define suitable course of action, and delegate responsibilities in a practical manner. Moreover, you are proficient at planning, efficient in time management and good at organizing needed resources.
You are able to make clear decisions and take responsibility over tasks and people.
You are resourceful and able to apply your expertise in development activities. You share your knowledge to the team and organization.
You are able to work in a systematic and strategic manner to achieve objectives. You are able to see future prospects and have overall vision of your own responsibility area.
You are good at building relations within the organization and you find it easy to communicate in English at all levels of the organization. You understand different functions in the organization and the links between them. Furthermore, you are good at communicating with customers and research partners.
Most importantly, as a Manager you need to inspire, support and develop your team!
In order to succeed, you should have a degree in the field of life sciences, biotechnology, pharmacy, laboratory technology, engineering or any other related field of study or sufficient working experience from pharma industry. It is an advantage if you already have some experience in aseptic- or GMP-work and/or you have knowledge on quality systems.
The position is permanent and we hope that you are able to join our team in December-January. This role is new in our organization due to our ongoing growth.
