About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleanroom or Internal Build Out Execution Lead to join our team. As the Cleanroom Execution Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing the execution of the cleanroom package, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and quality control.

As Lead, you’ll be working with a highly skilled team of specialized Architects/Construction Architects. You will:

• Lead and manage cleanroom construction and installation from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Evaluate tender proposals and participate in negotiations with contractors
• Give input to schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet milestones
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Manage site supervision team in own work package
• Ensure interfaces to and coordinate with other disciplines
• Ensure changes to scope of work are brought to the attention of the discipline lead in due time

• Have extensive experience within design and site supervision of the internal fit out package or ideally within cleanrooms
• Have extensive construction site experience

• Are a team player with an understanding of your colleagues’ individual and cultural differences

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• You have a degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or Constructing Architecture
• You have minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• You have extensive knowledge within Danish industry standards, codes, and regulations
• You speak and write Danish or English
