You will be part of a team of 13 dedicated and experienced colleagues at our headquarters in Ballerup and a global team comprising approx. 40 employees. You will report to the Director of IT Infrastructure and will work out of Ballerup.
Responsibilities and tasks
As an ITSM Architect your primary focus will be designing and delivering ITSM solutions that are developed on the IT Service Management hosted platform.

Personal competencies
We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration and/or development of the IT Service Management tool (Cherwell or ServiceNow). Experience should include scripting in IT Service Management, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration and deployment of IT Service Management modules. Specifically, candidates should possess the skill to develop on the IT Service Management platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as incident, problem, change and service catalog, as well as proficiency in key IT Service Management administrative functions such as Blueprints, mApps and Automation Processes.
As a person you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are capable of following procedures, have a strong process mindset, and you take great responsibility for your area of work.

Responsibilities and tasks
As an ITSM Architect your primary focus will be designing and delivering ITSM solutions that are developed on the IT Service Management hosted platform.
Other responsibilities include:
- Maintain relationships with platform users, customers, and stakeholders
- Gather and translate requirements for new and updated features
- Advise on enterprise wide ITIL best practices
- Responsible for design, development, testing and support of all platform features and functions
- Drive continuous platform and process improvement
- Create custom dashboards and reporting
- Provision user access and maintain team membership
- Provide user training where needed
- Create documentation and knowledge articles
- Be a platform advocate and find new areas of the enterprise that could benefit from it
